Groups find some opportunity in ASAE economic study

Association leaders say the results of a recent economic impact survey conducted by ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership show that they must align their groups value proposition with what members want in these tough economic times. The study, a random tally of 8,500 members of various associations conducted in December 2008 and January 2009, indicates that members dont think associations are providing enough resources to help them deal with the economy, and showed that some 6 percent of members may drop their association memberships at the next renewal.
